Finally a nice washing day!

And to make it an even better day, my daughter is being SO well behaved its not funny!

Something i hope will last! makes life SO much easier!

17 weeks today, man time flies! have to book my 20 weeks scan very soon, so we will decide tonight whether or not we will go for normal or 4D, im very excited, even though i only had a scan a little over a week ago, i cant wait to see my bub again!

Man i got a hiding last night! lol i was lying in bed watching some crap on TV and it was like a little kickboxing match going on in there, was the most i have ever felt him/her and it was pretty cool, and pretty strong! then at around 3am when both Darryl and I were tossing and turning, the kickboxing match started all over again! hehe, very cool

Back to the washing, and i suppose i better dress my daughter!!

This weather is driving me nuts!

honestly its just awful! its sunny and hot one minute, so i go out, put the washing out, do lots more washing, then it rains, have to bring in the wet washing and add it to the rest of the growing wet washing pile, then its sunny and hot again, back outside, but wait, its spitting again, oh yes, here comes the downpour! one minute i have all the windows open as its so hot (the sun just completley fills out lounge and bedroom, heats it nicely) then it clouds over and its SO cold!

my little gripe for the day :) lol cmon im pregnant ive got to have one!!!

things have been quite good today, Darryl left for work at 9am... which meant i got out of bed at 9am! nice! but once i was up i couldnt stop vomiting for a good couple of hours, was awful, but that seems to be over for the day, touch wood! so i have spent the day doing some housework, and sitting on the floor (ouch!) with Kaylee playing games, its been good, she has actually gone to sleep today (becoming a bit of a battle at the moment, but i want her to keep up her day sleeps as long as possible, she definatly needs them) so im enjoying my quiet time, and vine tomatos on toast with salt! YUM!

im finding myself getting quite sore towards the end of the day and VERY tired, yesterday i went out for a walk with my SIL and her daughter (same age as Kaylee) and took the kids to the park, i was exhausted from it last night! lol i could hardly walk! i think i have lost SO much energy during this pregnany (and about 5 kilos too....) i need to keep up regular walks just to get through the marathon that is Labour!!!! so im trying to get out as much as possible, whether it just be to the shops for a wander or take Kaylee to the park. eventually i will feel more energetic im sure!

Food is still a huge issue for me, but its more lack of it, im not eating, i will have a couple of manderins and a peice of toast to eat, for a whole day, but its just all i can manage! yesterday i finally managed some breakfast, a small bowl of Sultana Bran and a juice, i was SO full all day, i didnt eat again until dinner time (spagetti bolognaise) which i might add has to be the MOST i have eaten in a day for a longggg time! i know that my baby is growing fine, but i also know that i have to keep up my strength and appetite in order to keep this baby healthy and fine so its just something that plays in the back of my mind a bit, my midwife or doctor isnt worried, but i hope as long as i keep whatever i put into my mouth as healthy as possible then im doing the best i can.

Feeling much better!

Yesterday however was another story, i was so sure i was going to pass out from the pain, i had the WORST migraine you could ever imagine, OMG ever tried looking after your child when you can barely move yourself! Not nice! Darryl kept (every time i rang him!) trying to help, he couldnt get away from work, but he was like "call so and so to pick up Kaylee....ok what about so and so.....ok what about so and so!" etc, ohhhhh nooooo i could never ever let ANYONE see what i was like yesterday! i was shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!

so of course my daughter gets into mischief like above..... lol dolly is ruined, but its a priceless pic if ever i saw one! dont look at my dirty kitchen floor, it hasnt been mopped in over a week, now its smeared in butter! a new job for today!

Today i woke up a lot easier, Darryl has instructed me not to do a thing, he has done EVERYTHING with Kaylee today including taking her to work with him, then he is coming home and we will pop out to the shops to get new pillows (every 6 mths we go pillow shopping... im a pillow geek! lol) but last time we went pillow shopping we "settled" for what we could find, and we both hate them, so we will hit Arbuckles, Farmers and the warehouse to see what nice ones they have! and a new cup for Kaylees night milk, shes ruined every single teat for her bottles so on to a cup now! but she wont use her normal cups, very fussy my child, but she still loves her milk and im not going to deprive her of that!

Darryl and i were talking last night, he was asking if i would like to get a 4d scan done (over twice the price of a normal scan at the place we go to) we have agreed to think about it, as it does cost $180 but i have a few weeks before we will get it done, so we have agreed maybe we can save for it and then decide what to do, we really didnt want to find out the sex of this bubba, however as it will be our last, and 4D scans are new (werent around when Kaylee was born) we want to experiance everything we can, if that makes sense, and we know there is a large risk of seeing what sex baby is with 4D, actually from what ones i have seen its pretty damn obvious! lol we are both really excited about this baby being born, very excited about Kaylee becoming a big sister, hopefully her little brother or sister wont get a facial... but we are sure that she will be just great. also a little sad that this will be our last baby, but happy that i wont be pregnant again, if that makes sense, i really dont agree with being pregnant!

anyway, now onto the housework! have a great weekend!

Just BLAH!

ohhhhh bring on the next couple of spew free days... yesterday and today have been just awful! i think the nausia is way more debilitating than the actual vomiting! i just cant do anything! my house is once again a bomb site and i only cleaned and vacuumed it yesterday! a little hurricane called Kaylee...... ive had another headache for the past couple of days, no where near as bad (or in the same place) as the headache i had before i got my glasses (that one was behind my eyes, so i knew it was an eye thing) its just dull and throbbing and yuk, when i put Kaylee down for her sleep today, she actually went to sleep straight away, so i climbed into my nice warm comfy bed and slept for a couple of hours too, problem was when Kaylee woke up, i wasnt ready to!

ok on to nicer things! im feeling baby kick so often, its just wonderful to be able to feel so early, i never felt a thing with Kaylee until well past 20 weeks, so this is just something special, i dont know whether or not they can hear in the womb yet, but every time Kaylee puts her head on my tummy and talks to me (somethign she has always done, i think its nice and soft and comfy for her! lol) the baby kicks, thats just started in the last few days, so its very cool.

im feeling SO much more on top of things financially and emotionally, (emotionally wont last, hell im pregnant! lol) i went and saw our Accountant yesterday and sorted out a lot of money business, it was great to do, i have in the past never had anything to do with the business (we are self employed) but thought it was in need of tighter controls, so we are in for a couple of years of tightening the belt a little bit, but at the end of that we will be soooo much better off financially, both personally and within the business, huge relief to do this, and huge relief to find out we arent in as bad a position as what i thought we were, nice!

My lovely mother has offered to have Kaylee for a week, a whole week! weekend to weekend! not for another month or so, and of course we will miss her like anything, but im already writing a list of what i can get done without my "little helper" who really doesnt help very much! not to mention what Darryl and i will do! lol saving wont happen that week we have decided, we will go out to dinner, go to the movies (maybe a couple of times!) and do things like we a childless again! im SO looking foward to it, but have to write a big list of everything i need to do during the day, because i will get lonely and bored at home!

i popped out to the shops today to get some trackpants for Kaylee to wear around home (she has very little in the way of winter clothes unfortunatly) and i got Darryl the new Tool CD, his treat for the week, he was very happy i brought that for him! and i got a couple of wee bodysuits and some socks (all blue for a boy!) for my friend who has just given birth. ohh, and my daily limit of Manderins... lol its the only thing that sort of seems to stay down! i really didnt enjoy going shopping (i usually LOVE shopping!) as i was battling nausia and my head hurt... but i needed to get out of the house for a bit... i should of really stayed home! lol

i probably gloat about Darryl heaps, but he has just been fantastic through all of this, if im too bad, he comes home, makes sure im comfy and have everything i need, then gets him and Kaylee some dinner, baths her, puts her to bed, s o m e t i m e s does the dishes, i couldnt ask for better really, he feels so helpless when im vomiting or cant move, he hates it, but i think hes doing blardy well really.

i shouldnt even be on the computer really... my head hurts! back to bed i think!!!

ahhh relief!

in more ways than one!

had my scan this morning, was so lovely to see just ONE baby! i was starting to panic, its just one very active beautiful looking baby, such a relief to see there was a wonderful heartbeat and measurements are all correct for my dates, he/she didnt like getting scanned though, i was getting a massive hiding! lol his/her hands were up by his/her face and you could see the ribcage, spine, legs, feet, hands, so georgous, i will be having another scan at 20 weeks to get more measurements and a more accurate reading of everything as there is only so much they can see at 15-16weeks, but they saw the internal organs and said they are all working well and my placenta is a good size and where it should be.

huge relief! im one happy woman!

so now my midwife is on her way for a visit and we will hear the heartbeat, so its lovely being able to see and hear the heartbeat in one day!

we took belly shots last night.... this is me at 15 weeks 5 days..... pretty blardy big aye!!! the photos look like im short, lol im not im nearly 6ft! and my pants are about 3 sizes too big for me, but they are the only ones that fit at the moment! hence the bigggg bum lol

oh... and excuse the bad hair, i had just been lying on the couch!

we too shop at Pak N Save mostly, we are lucky as we are equal distance between 2 pak n saves and 5 minutes away from a Countdown and a Woolworths, obviously we avoid going to the later two as much as possible, it gets expensive, but we have found one pak n save a lot cheaper than the other! how weird is that! so we mostly go to that one.

Puke Free Day! WARNING Probably a TMI post!

You know how some people celebrate being Smoke Free? well today, im celebrating being PUKE free! lol i havent vomited at ALL today yet (cross fingers touch wood it will not happen!) and i have managed to EAT! ok, not until 12pm, but thats ok i have still EATEN before 4pm! ROCK ON! lol Tomato on toast and Manderins... hmmmm yummmm, so addicted to tomato on toast and manderins! terrible really!

Had a nice quiet weekend, relaxed, got a few things done, have a LOT of sorting to do before baby comes, sort of in the process now, have boxes and junk everywhere! lol i SHOULD get it done hopefully by November, man we keep some crap!

I had cravings yesterday, so i sent Darryl out to get me tomatos, and manderins and popping corn, home made Caramel Popcorn, ohhhhh heaven! esp when its warm and gooey!

i have a visitor... poos... bbl i will edit!! ok, 3.45pm now, visitor has just gone, i will now continue!!!

Im off for a scan tomorrow morning, thank goodness, put my mental mind at rest, my SIL came over just before, she is due 3 weeks after me, we compared stomachs, she thought she was big! lol mine outdid hers threefold! lol will have to get Darryl to take some pics, stretchmarks and all to show you how big i am at only nearly 16 weeks! VERY scary!

A really good friend of mine (no not Kate!) had her baby at 10 to 1 this morning, a little boy, so im all clucky and thinking of a little gift to get them! kind of a little sad though for me (trying not to be jealous, have no reason to be) my friends first baby was born the day before Kaylee, Amelia (Kates daughter) was born several hours before Kaylee, but on the same day, and we were all preggy with our second all due within 2 mths, if i was still pregnant with the baby i lost just before xmas, i would be due in only two mths, Kates due VERY soon, so its a very happy time of course, but i cant help but feel a little sadness, even though i am pregnant again, doesnt make much sense i know, but ahhhhhhhhhhhh well.

Darryls accountant just posted me a whole heap of things she would like done for Wednesdays meeting, holy crap even though i used to work in accounts i have NO idea what she is talking about! hopefully Darryl will when he gets home!

my good man is coming home early tonight, hes taking Kaylee and they will go and do the food shopping, we are s l o w l e y shaving out food bill down, i hate it when Darryl does the shopping on his own though, he comes home with coke and chips and other crap we dont need or cant afford right now... priorities! lol i have put Kaylee in full time cloth nappies now, so that helps with part of the cost, but im so sure we can get it down even more, i think i may have to start shopping at the Binn Inn and places like that. i wonder when i read about some people being able to shop for 2 adults and 2 kids, 3 meals a day, for $80 -$100 a week, HOW do they do it????? i always write a shopping list, esp if Darryl is shopping on his own, but he never sticks to it, yes he does get everything on it, but then he sees this that and the other thing that he just had to have, lol

Anyway, wish me luck for tomorrows scan! lol will there be one baby? or will there be two!!!!!! place your bets people!

I can SEE said the blind man!!!

What the HELL have i been missing out on all these years, lol i have just picked up my glasses and of course i need to get used to them slowly and things are a bit blurry when i turn my head fast etc, but OMG it is AMAZING how clear i can see, we live in a glorious clear, bright, unfuzzy and SO not dull world, i feel like a TOTALLY new person and i cant wait until a few more days when i will be able to get used to the glasses a lot more.

even the computer is clearer, lol

the last week has been VERY hard for me, i really dont do pregnancy well AT all and not only has there been constant vomiting and nausia but sinus problems and an ongoing headache for the past 2 weeks as well, not to mention stresses about business, home and money and me not seeing any way out at all.

however i have sorted the money crap out, sorting the business and home crap out, so i do feel better, i just got way too emotional and hormonal and nearly threw the same tanty that Libby threw on Shorty St tonight! lol when we saw that Darryl said, wow thats a tanty, i said yup, bet i could do better, he agreed.... lol

my Midwife was going to come for a visit today but i never heard from her at all! i was so guttered, i know that she was probably at a birth, and couldnt get to the phone, but i was SO looking foward to hearing our babies heartbeat and sorting out scan forms etc... nevermind hopefully she will be able to come back soon.

i guess looking at the positives of all the morning sickness, my hormones are working well lol and i have not gained any weight at all, infact i have lost a couple of kilos lol, ok i know dont lose weight when preggy blah blah, but when its totally involuntry, you have to find a positive somewhere!!!

Kaylee has started talking which is really cute, but man she doesnt stop! lol her latest is "what do you sayyyyyy" whenever she wants something, because when she wants something we ask her that question, she then says "peassse" lol but now instead of just saying "peassse" (please) she says "what do you sayyyy" first, we then have to say "what do you say" she says "peasse" and then we give her what shes after lol very long round about way of getting what you want really! i totally missed a breakthrough with her tonight, bugger it all, she came up to me and said "mummy weewees" i said oh darling have you done wees in your nappy, she says "muuuummmyyy weeeweees" and then holds her bum and says "oh no weewees" so she was telling me she was going to do them before she had done them and i missed it completely!!! so lets hope she does it again!

I Made It!!!!!!

14 weeks yesterday, which means 2nd Trimester!!!!!! YEAHHH BABY! very exciting for me! (and Darryl and Kaylee of course!) its so neat to know that this baby IS going to stick!!!!

i can feel movements now, which is really cool, i didnt feel movements with Kaylee for some time down the track, but apparently things are more stretched and thinner 2nd time around and you know what your feeling more, so im enjoying all these little bubbles and kicks! very cool!

we have decided on first names for the wee bub, if its a boy he will be called Luke, Luke is a name we have had chosen since Kaylee was a pea, so that has never changed, we love the same, and if its a girl, she will be called Olivia, just a name we both like, none of the names have a significant meaning like Kaylee's does (my mothers name is Kay and she always wanted to be named Kaylee, hence us calling our wee girl Kaylee) but nevertheless we like them, however now we have to get our thinking caps on and think of middle names! (sooo many deisicions when you have a baby!) i like Ryan for a boy and Gabrielle for a girl, but we arent too sure yet, we will work that out later down the track i think!

if my post is a bit all over the place with spelling mistakes i apologise! i dont have any contacts in today, so cant see a thing! lucky i can touch type so i know that it is at least readable! i cannot see the screen so i cant read through what i have written! my Optomitrist appt is tonight, thank god, ive been looking foward to it all week, i know i wont be able to get the glasses straight away, they will need to be made, but at least i know i will be able to see properly again real soon! the end is in SIGHT!!!! im just giving my eyes a break today with not wearing contacts, i have worn them non stop for nearly 10 years, so a day off now and again never hurt anyone! lol

The weather here is SO COLD and so icky and wet, its actually really nice! all rugged up warm inside knowing you dont have to go anyway, bliss!!!!!

Im Giving Up!

lol nothing major really, just Tupperware and Avon, this weeks will be the last time i place any more orders, i really cannot be pooed any more, im extrememly tired and worn out physically, i have headaches often (hopefully be fixed soon with new glasses) and i have terrible morning sickness, so really, i just cannot be bothered any more! i know a tonne of people who do both Avon and Tupperware so i dont think i will have any problems if i need anything, i think its just time to stop now, i cant keep worrying about this order getting to so and so half way across Auckland and this order going to someone else on the other side of Auckland, its too time consuming and gets a wee bit stressful! but hey i have done Tupperware for about 14mths and Avon for about 20mths, i gave it a go, it wasnt for me, time to move on and concentrate soley on Kaylee and the new baby.

So yes the Morning sickness is still going, its very hard when i am out to try to keep normal! its very hard when im home to try to keep normal too! lol its really taking it out of me, but i know it will only last for another 6 months, not a prob, i have done it before i can do it again!

went out this morning to coffee group, was good to see the other mums, havent seen them all in a while! was nice for Kaylee to have a bit of a play, not that she really "plays" with the other kids, shes a bit of a loner at the moment, just finding her way...

i dont know if i mentioned it before, sorry if im repeating myself, but i have noticed lately Kaylee is more content playing with herself than with other children unless there is only 1 or 2 children, then she is ok, but i think it would be a good thing for her to socialise with other children her age more often on a group level, so i have put her on the waiting list at the kindy across the rd from me, they take them from around 2 - 2.5 yrs, depending on the child, so Kaylee and i popped over there on Thursday for a wee visit and look around, Kaylee got stuck right into it, painted and played, but always by herself, didnt want anything to do with the other kids, so hopefully by the time she gets called up to go properly she will fit in ok, it will be good for her to have some fun and games apart from mummy, and be good for mummy too i think, have a wee break, especially when the new baby comes, i will need one on one time with both kids and this helps quite a bit.

anyway im going to go and blob on the couch now, im pretty tired, been awake since quite early this morning, hopefully tonight i will have a better sleep!

i brought some yummy manderins at the fruit shop down the rd just before, so im looking foward to tucking in to a few of them for lunch!!!

Wild Weather!

Man hasnt it been AWSOME! thunder, lightening, heavy rain, then sunshine! just wonderful! last night the electric blanket and flannelette sheets got put on the bed, all ready for warm cosy nights in bed with a Jarrah Hot chocolate! lol yummmmm bliss!

accomplished a few things off my long list of things to do lately! (that of course i had been putting off!) Kaylee is now on the waiting list for the local kindy, which is so conveniantly right across the road from me! hence why i chose that one! we are going to pop over tomorrow morning for a look around and Kaylee can have a play, they will take her maybe at 2 or maybe 2 and a half, depending on how she adapts etc my little girl is growing up!!!

i also, FINALLY booked an eye appt to get my eyes sorted out! i have been wearing the same prescription (now dont growl! lol) for the past 4 years! yep! 4 years without an eye test, i SHOULD know better, but really just couldnt be bothered and just kept buying new contacts online! BUT in the last few months i have really noticed a difference with my eyes, i desperately need new ones! will go for glasses this time, which i havent worn since i was a kid! so that will be different, but i think so much easier with 2 children to just put my glasses on rather than take in and out contact lenses. esp in the middle of the night feeds etc! honestly without my contacts in i cannot see a THING and to notice a change in my eyes even with the current lenses i have in, well, that just shows how blind i really am! im not going back to my old optomitrist though, hes right in the city which is SO inconveniant for me, this one is just down at my local shops, once again, living here ROCKS conveniance of everything makes life so easy!

omg had one hell of an embarressing experiance yesterday, so much so i was in tears! (i tell you though if i wasnt pregnant it probably wouldnt of seemed that bad, but emotions take over!!) i went to the dairy, got a tonne of things we needed, and a lotto ticket, my eftpos card wouldnt work! "Card Expired!" i was like WTF!! and yes, seems that my card expired at the end of last month, and i hadnt recieved a new one! i rang the bank who said "oh for some reason you havent been issued a new one" ahhh YOU THINK?? and it will take 3-5 working days to get a new one sent! OMG what will i do without an eftpos card! so allll the way to the bank i trek to get some money out, takes forever and the bank isnt that close! then alll the way back to the dairy!i was SO mad! and SO angry and i know it was some computer glich thingi, but helllloooooo my card wouldnt work, but they didnt think that i needed a new one!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhh GIVE ME ONE! so hopefully it will arrive at the branch tomorrow or friday, ok, doesnt seem that bad, but Darryl is all over Auckland every day, never in one fixed place so getting him to draw out money and bring it to me isnt going to happen until the evening, just made me mad! i HATE out bank, we have so many issues, but all the looking around at a new bank shows that non of them are that much better!!!

Otherwise you WILL get robbed! not us thank god, but leaving the Zoo today, some unlucky tourists (with babys it looks judging by the carseats) got preyed on by some asswipe with 1/4 of a brain who thinks its fun to take everything off someone who only wants to come to NZ for a wonderful time. Unfortunatly they were not the only ones there was broken car glass every so often as we were looking for a park at the Zoo, so we made sure to take EVERYTHING of value (except the car and car seat!) people who think its OK to take belongings off another person make me SICK they PISS me off to high heaven and god help them if they ever come near me or mine!!!!! I felt so sorry for these poor people, Welcome to Auckland, YEAH RIGHT!

ANYWAY!!! bit of an unfortunate end to such a lovely day, and didnt Auckland BRING IT today!!!! the weather was stunning, the temperature was just perfect and so Darryl and I decided the ZOO it was!!! (scroll down for pics, i posted them first) we spent a good couple of hours just wandering! we didnt see everything, infact i think we only saw half, but it didnt matter, we enjoyed our own company as a family and it was great!

i need to go Maternity clothes shopping (yes, already! it sux!) as you will see by the absolutly STUNNING pink singlet that is HUGE and just makes me look 20 kg more than i am! lol but hey i was cool and comfy, so until i can afford maternity clothing, the pink singlet it is! lol

Kaylee had a great time, she got pretty tired by the end, but loved running around, getting in everyone elses way and growling back at everything that growled at her! lol we get to the Hippo River bit and this little voice pipes up (yes, of course, it was my girl) "pooo tinky!!" meaning of course, god this place stinks like shit! but thats ok, at least she wasnt the kid who kept saying "dad this SUX! we only came here because YOU wanted to, YOU SUCK!" poor Dad! thought he was doing something nice for this little bugger!

The Sea Lions as you can see from the pics below, were stunning as usual, and they had (well i could only see one, didnt know if there are any more!) a fur seal! baking in the sun, moving its head every so often, but no Penguins though for some reason, Kate, (the Zoo expert! lol!) do you know what happened to them?????

the pic of the Ostrich below is one in a series, it was bloody hilarious actually! the little bird was running as fast as it could for ages, with the ostrich straight on its tail, lasted for a couple of minutes when the silly bird finally flew away, but it was really funny to watch, you could almost hear the Ostrich "ill get you!!"

we finished out time at the Zoo with some hot chippies (because thats all they had their that i could eat! god knows i would of loved a Sandwhich!!) and a sit down, was just a lovely day

I was half expecting to bump into Kate on a day like today!!!!! but the good girl had a nice day at home! :)

Brain Fade.....

Suffering big time from this lately! Baby brain, booby brain, hormone brain, what ever you want to call it, i have it! lol so dense right now!

Yesterday was good, popped out to see Kate and Amelia (or miamia as Kaylee calls her! lol so cute) Kaylee and Amelia had a bit of fun playing and i said to Kate, "remember when we could chat without someone interrupting?" lol we both get "mummmmmm, MUMMMMM MUMMMMMMM!!!" lol hard case, neither of us would change things for the world, but as these kids get older they do get more demanding, but they also act like little sponges soaking up all the info around them, its really cool to see! we have to start planning the 2nd birthdays soon, only 2 months away, thats not long at all!! both of course on the 10th of July, Darryl and I have decided to keep it nice and quiet this year, had over 50 guests for her first birthday! and just invite close friends and immediate family, even then its around 20 odd people, gets busy!

Then after Kates i popped straight out to Milford and picked up my nice sparkly new still in the box Mountain Buggy! NICEEEEEE Kaylee and I christened it this morning when we popped down to the shops for some milk, bread and a trashy mag for mum! but it was good to finally pick it up and had a good chat to the lovely lady who sold it to me, i will go back there in a couple of weeks (when i have saved some more pingas) and get the basinett attachment for the buggy so baby can lie flat and is rugged up safe and warm. im very much looking foward to this baby coming, but at the same time glad that it is 28 weeks away! lol

i have decided that im gunna be a bitch and never lend anything out again, its too much hassle, i lent out all my baby stuff, most of which came back looking like shit, some stuff has never come back and the people swear they never had it, or maybe they gave it to such and such... there has been only one person (ok i will still lend to her if the time arises again) that treats things nicely and washes them properly (how hard is it to wash clothes!) and gives EVERY little sock and bootie back to me, so for this baby i have to go out and buy most things new, all over again, THEN i will sell on TM straight away! i cannot be bothered any more, i lend things out in good faith, i myself have never been lent a thing (the bad thing or maybe good depending on how you look at it! about having the first baby) and of course im just too nice (stop laughing, i am!) to say anything or express my dissapointment in how my things have come back! so NO MORE i say! lol

i have Oprah on and Neil Diamond (dude looks like hes had a bit of botox!) is playing... SWEEEET CAROLINNNNNNEEE!!! bit of a sing along! lol i like old music, all the stuff mum used to play when i was a kid, i used to tell her to turn this crap off! now i like it! lol

Anyway, today we had a house inspection, we get on with our Landlords so well, (property managers, not the owner, we dont deal with her, but shes nice too) and then Darryls sister and her daughter came over for lunch (foccocia, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese, beetroot & picked cucumbers!) and the girls had a bit of a play which tired Kaylee out nicely, she is now in bed asleep! hopefully stay that way!

i have just had a craving for Just Juice iceblocks, i have some JJ in the fridge, out comes the iceblock thingis i think! lol YUM!

i have a new colour, new cut, new WOF and my face is S L O W L E Y clearing up, preggy hormones suck! lol but im feeling back with the world a bit again, which is good!

The weekend was ok, Saturday i had my hair done, and in the afternoon Darryl had some time out and went out in his boat, he said he would be an hour, 3 and a half hours later he come back, soaking wet, boat all scratched and his mobile soaked, keys (electric ones!) stuffed! he tipped his boat! and with a couple of boaties helping him he managed to drag it to shore and empty all the water out of it and get it home, boat motor has been flooded and now wont start! hes pretty cool about it though and we have had a bit of a laugh over it! didnt really do much else over the weekend really, and today we didnt do much either! lay in bed with Kaylee watching cartoons, went for a bit of a drive this arvo, the shop i wanted to go to (to pick up my buggy as we didnt get out there on Saturday due to Darryls wee incident!) was closed, so back home we trotted!

Kaylee and i are off to visit Kate and Amelia in the morning, be good to catch up! with the whole maybe measles, bad hair, bad skin, no WOF i havent seen them for yonks it seems! lol

12 weeks tomorrow! woooohoooooo! this pregnancy is screaming along!

i have no idea of any title! lol

and really i dont have much to say! still at home, still not doing much! Kaylees doing alright, im doing alright, my sister is doing alright now that they know its not a UTI, Measles, Chicken Pox, Rhuematic Fever, a virus, the Flu, it is infact Scarlett Fever! (i thought that was something they got in ancient times!) so its nothing that we have picked up thank god and add to that i am FORCING Darryl to go and get my warrant on my car tomorrow i should be back to the real world next week!

Bit of a sad day really, one of my dear friends had a miscarriage, started on Monday, she found out she was actually pregnant today, shes devestated, im devestated for her too, sux when there isnt anything you can do, i talked to her on the phone a couple of times and she is going away for the weekend for some much needed tlc, which is good, but god it sux

im spending money tomorrow morning, on MYSELF i have to, im desperate, my roots are dark, the ends are light, the style has grown out, i need major surgery! lol so back to my natural brown i go (but nicer im sure!) and a nice new cut as well, im SO looking foward to it, and Darryl is even taking Kaylee to work so i can go! my hairdresser is only next door, well, until next weekend, shes moving! but i will continue to go to her, she rocks!

Well i have a lovely little paddy going on here by a certain little girl, mummy told her no she could not have any milk, as we dont have any! (and im trying to cut her down, its not helping the poos!) so she has thrown herself on the floor and is kicking and screaming and yelling "muuuuuuum BOBBBBBBLLLLLEEE" i offered her dinner before, she refused it point blank, but no, she wants her Bobble!!

Cant wait till Darryl gets home from work!!! :)

How Clean is Your House??

i LOVE watching this program! lol Darryl hates it, but it makes me feel SOOOO good, even though im not the best housewife in the world, even when its at its messiest my house is SO clean and SO tidy compared to these people! lol my weekly reassurance that i am indeed doing OK!

for people who dont know, its a TV program, aimed (i think) to help people get into a clean routine in their house, which starts off absolutly discusting, and it shows all the grime, germs and yukkyness that these people live in, then they get a cleaning crew in and show it all clean, its so gross and like HELL would i ever show the world how i live! lol

We have just got back from Orewa, we went to pick up a Tricycle for Kaylee, $35 and it was almost like brand new! score! its the perfect size for her now, so once she learns to peddle and not get off and push it, it will be great! lol

I found out today that my sister (Adele, 17) who was sick while we were down there (we thought it was just the UTI she was diagnosed with), has the Measles! Yay... NOT i dont know what that means for Kaylee and I, but really i think we are going to have to be Hermits for a while to wait and see whether or not we get them, (cant spread the germs incase we do have it aye!) im also not sure what it means for baby or anything else, but we will just wait for now, see what happens, sux, because i cant go anywhere anyway really as i dont have a warrant on the car (Darryl does that, its a business thing) and he keeps forgetting to do it, as well as a child who still has a bit of diorrehea, not to mention the fact that my eyes are so bad right now and i desperatly need glasses, so thats next weeks job! lol enough reasons not to go anywhere?? lol

gunna go to bed and watch some GOOD telly now, LOST!!

Easter!

Hi! Im back! we went down to my Mums in Te Puke for a bit of a break and relax, it was nice, didnt do a thing and really enjoyed it! (apart from the travel!)

i ate very little chocolate, i got given (from mum) one easter egg which had a milk choc egg, a white choc egg inside it and a dark choc egg inside that (triple layer) all hollow, and as i dont eat dark chocolate, the first two layers were the only chocolate i ate, VERY good going on my part! lol Darryl and I didnt buy easter eggs for anyone, not even ourselves, they are WAY too expensive, and we ended up with 4 days with no money as the banks didnt do any transactions until Tuesday (tomorrow) when usually our money goes in on Friday night! we were so lucky we had (naughty i know, but what can you do when you arent at home!) Darryls work money for petrol and a bit of food! so it worked out well really, as i didnt spend hardly any money, and if i had my account going i could have spent a fair bit... but i didnt!

the trip down to Te Puke SUCKED! a 3 hour trip took OVER 5 hours! 3 hours alone to get out of friggin Auckland! yep we were stuck in that horrible accident on the southern motorway, we were lucky enough to take a good detour that didnt have nearly as much traffic as other more known detours! the advantage of a man who drives all day to different places for work so knows where he is going! the only problem we had was me, wanting to go to the loo when we were in the middle of the wops! lol and if you havent been pregnant before, the pressure on your bladder SUCKS and if you have to go, you have to go NOW!! lol but we finally got there, poor Kaylee though really doesnt like travelling so there was A LOT of stops and starts, we were so tired by the end of the day!

The trip home today wasnt much better, unfortunatly Kaylee woke up vomiting in the middle of the night last night and has been sick ever since, so a very grizzly wee baby and a very tired mum and dad! we stopped at a chemist just out of Te Puke, and i got Kaylee a dummy, some gastrolight stuff, some pamol, all to help keep the car ride a little more easier on her, nothing worse than being up the top of the Kaimais and having a baby in pain, you cant comfort her theres nothing really you can do unless you stop and you really cant stop up there! its devestating as a mother knowing your baby is in pain and discomfort and you cannot hug her or hold her, shes a lot better now, but we have only just put her into bed now at 10pm, after a couple of bottles of watered down baby gastro and a teeny bit of food shes as happy as larry! we had to wait for her to settle down again before we even attempted bed!

i just hope that its just a 24 hour thing and nothing that will carry on tomorrow!

im so sure my stomach has got huge, its incredible and a wee bit freaky, i was saying to Kate the other day im feeling movements every day, and im only 10-11 weeks, whether its my tummy playing silly buggers or im actually feeling things i dont know, but i quite like it! i have 30 (about that!) weeks to go but they cant come soon enough! i brought Kaylee a book when i got pregnant last time its called "there is a house inside my mummy" and it is SO neat, its still in the bag in the wardrobe, but im thinking i can bring her new book out real soon :) and hopefully i go and pick up my new pushchair this week too, you should (if i have done this right,) see a pic of the buggy in the colour i have chosen above :)

anyway im off to bed, Kaylee is quiet which means she has settled nicely and im going to make the most of it!

Cruisy day

Had my midwife come over today, which was nice to catch up, gets things all started and makes things seem a bit more real!

we havent been anywhere or done anything today really, just relaxed, done some washing, tidyed etc so i really dont have much to talk about!

Note to self

when getting your top dirty and taking it off, put new top on straight away.... here i am on the computer looking at my emails, doing lots of other crap, stuffing my face with food (i have a beetroot mouth!) and doing stuff you only do when noone is around (burping etc) your guaranteed to get some random guy knocking on the door and peering through the kitchen window offering his tree cutting services, not that i could understand the loud door knocking wake my daughter up prick! so i answer the door, tell him to go away im not interested and then realise i have no top on.... yeah... shame.....

been to chipmunks this morning with Kate and Amelia, most of the toys didnt even blardy work! lol bright idea Carla, go to chipmunks! poor Kaylee was guttered that not only did postman pat car not work, neither did the carrossel (i so spelt that wrong!) ohhh well was good to have a cold coffee and a catch up! lol

better go and put my daughter back to sleep! she usually is down for 3 hours, not one!!!!!

wouldnt surprise me if hes a theif, coming around at this time of day when not many people are home... lol he wont be back, i think i scared him!

EDIT: 2.25pm the more i think about it, the more i think its VERY weird that a tree pruner landscape weirdo guy would come around our area, its so new here, the trees are 8 years old at the most, so not really that big! very very odd...... not to mention the paint on his reflective vest he was wearing... maybe im being paranoid.... lol hope he gets nightmares! :)
