Bills Bills BILLS!!!
all the wedding bills are rolling in now... i have to admit we were not prepared for how much it was going to cost! we were hoping for soooo much less!!! nevermind, pay for them and get back into the real world again!!
its been a nice day at home today, had a couple of friends over this morning with their kids (at different times, but one after another!!) the kids all played so nicely. kept Kaylee busy for the morning anyway! lol you know, defending her toys, snatching, growling, more snatching.... its so frustrating! im trying to raise this lovely polite little girl, and she is a terror! noone is allowed her toys! and if they go near her shoes, well the tantys really start, i try to step in and say no this is unacceptable behaviour, but i really dont think she gets it at all, all she knows is these kids want to take HER toys! a lot more work to do there i think!
one of my friends who come over today (no names for obvious reasons) had some very sad news, hit me very hard, she has Breast Cancer, and shes only in her early thirtys. its in the early stages, they have caught it very early, now she is just waiting for treatment to start, but they dont know when, she didnt want to tell me when she found out because of the wedding etc. i wished she had told me earlier, i wish i could have been there for her more when she found out, i just have to be there for her now and try hard and make an effort to help.
it made me think what a self absorbed "friend" i had been recently, not only to her, but to all my friends, everything has revolved around me, and the wedding, and now, having more babies. i have been an awful friend and have hardly been there for anybody. when did i become so selfish?? im not happy, and very hormonal and emotional, took a preg test today as period was due yesterday/today (yes im an early pee'er i HAVE to know each month!) and it was a negative, now im just waiting on Aunty Flo to make a visit.... just lovely......

I know what you mean about Kaylee because Amelia is being the same - I keep wondering where we went wrong - I'm hoping it's just a stage!!
That is awful news about your friend - really awful!
And I don't think you've been a bad friend at all - seriously! You always have time to ask me how I am and listen to all my moans, so you must be doing it for your other friends too. Love ya!

I haven't met you personally but from what I have read (yours and other blogs) you are a great friend so don't put yourself down!

Sorry to hear about your friend, I hope everything works out for the best. I wouldn't worry that you were being selfish either, you had a lot going on so its understandable that it took up all your time and energy.
